As an Event Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting the culinary department during game day preparations and execution. This position involves working on-site during major events such as football and basketball games, as well as other on-site catering occasions. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth culinary operations and maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and service. Your role will also include interactive responsibilities such as leading chef stations and engaging with guests, providing a memorable dining experience at sports and entertainment venues.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation or food service
- Ability to lift approximately 30 to 40 lbs
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including game days and event schedules
- Must adhere to company uniform and safety guidelines
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Physical stamina to perform prolonged periods of standing and moving through event spaces
Job Qualifications
- Must have knowledge of food preparation/food service with a strong understanding of the execution of BEOs, customer satisfaction and interactive stations
- Must be a phenomenal team player
- Must have impeccable integrity for the industry, the community and the Proof of the Pudding Team

- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting approx. 30 lbs

Job Duties
- Maintaining the highest level of food quality with your culinary team
- Ensure proper safety and sanitation of all kitchen/food service areas
- Maintaining the highest level of service, safety, and food quality for each event
- Running food on game-days, assisting in the organization of menu items according to BEOs and event information
- Preparing items according to a recipe
- Cleaning and organization of kitchen equipment and product
- Assisting the culinary management team in all assigned tasks
- Interacting with guests and leading interactive chef stations as needed
- Running game day pantries, overseeing food distribution and accuracy
