Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Experience in event coordination or customer service preferred
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift moderate weights up to 50 pounds
- Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Assists with set up for many types of events including banquets, birthday parties, weddings, conferences, retreats, meetings, seminars, trainings
- Interacts with event attendees, making them feel welcome and answers questions when needed
- Responds to client requests
- Monitors vendor schedules ensuring they meet attendance requirements
- Assures venue does not exceed capacity
- Assures venue is vacated at the proper time
- Assists with cleaning during and ensures cleaning is underway at the conclusion of the event
- Returns equipment and supplies to proper location
