Servers are responsible for welcoming guests, taking and delivering food and beverage orders promptly, clearing tables efficiently, and keeping the event environment clean and organized. Bartenders manage the bar setup and breakdown, prepare and serve drinks in compliance with company policies and legal regulations, handle transactions when necessary, and maintain guest safety and satisfaction throughout the event. Kitchen Staff contribute by assisting with food preparation, plating, and presentation, while maintaining sanitary workspaces and supporting chefs to ensure timely, accurate service.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in hospitality or food service helpful but not required
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- excellent communication skills and teamwork
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- legal age to serve alcohol for bartenders
- adherence to food and safety regulations
- ability to follow instructions and work in fast paced environment
- reliable transportation to event locations
Job Qualifications
- experience or strong interest in hospitality catering restaurants or events
- ability to provide friendly attentive and professional guest service
- reliable time management ability to follow directions comfort working in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities and timelines
- physical ability to stand for extended periods walk carry trays or supplies and lift moderate weights
- strong communication and teamwork skills ability to collaborate respectfully with servers bartenders kitchen staff and supervisors
- flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
- for bartenders prior bar or beverage service experience and eligibility to serve alcohol local certifications a plus
- for kitchen staff basic food preparation skills adherence to food safety sanitation standards food handler certification a plus
- previous catering or banquet experience helpful training provided
