Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in event coordination or related role
- self motivated with excellent time management
- ability to train and manage staff aligned with company values
- strong conflict resolution skills
- leadership experience

- able to stand 8+ hours continuously
- able to lift at least 50 lbs
- valid ServSafe food certification

- train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
- resolve conflicts and operational barriers efficiently
