Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- one or more years’ experience as a server in fine dining, large scale dining facility or similar field preferred
- ability to multitask
- ability to prioritize and execute on a list of written tasks in a fast-paced environment
- ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours
- ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff, vendors and guests in a clear, professional and respectful manner
- ability to multitask between two or more tasks and prioritize while under time limits in moderate to high pressure situations
- ability to speak and read in English

Job Duties
- Set up event spaces with proper linens, flatware, and glassware
- execute services contracted on event orders and timelines
- serve plated meals to guests
- replenish food and attend buffet stations
- serve beverages including alcoholic drinks and provide table side wine service
- assist in unloading and loading equipment, products, or goods at event venue
- maintain a clear and organized workspace
- uphold sanitation, health, and safety standards
