Job Description
Twin Peaks is a unique American sports lodge and restaurant franchise famous for its distinctive mountain-lodge ambiance contrasted with an upbeat, energetic service culture. Established with the goal of providing an exciting and inviting environment, Twin Peaks offers a combination of great food, refreshing beverages, and engaging sports entertainment, all served by a dedicated team that embodies warmth, hospitality, and enthusiasm. The company has grown to be a prominent player in the themed sports bar segment, creating a loyal customer base who enjoy a fun and distinctive dining experience. Twin Peaks prides itself on delivering not just food and drinks but creating an atmosphere where guests feel entertained and well-cared for, making it a sought-after destination for social gatherings, sports viewing, and casual dining.
The role of the Twin Peaks Girl-Bartender is central to delivering this unique customer experience. This position is designed for individuals who possess a lively and energetic personality, an ability to engage guests in a memorable and entertaining fashion, and a solid knowledge of food and beverage service combined with a passion for sports. Paid at $2.13 plus tips, this job focuses on providing best-in-class service and hospitality to every guest walking into Twin Peaks. The Twin Peaks Girl-Bartender is responsible for selling both food and beverages while adhering strictly to company presentation policies, known as the Twin Peaks Presentation Guidelines. This ensures that the staff's appearance remains in line with the brand identity, which is core to the overall customer experience.
In this role, bartenders are also expected to have strong communication skills, enabling them to suggest menu items effectively and upsell, further enhancing the profitability of the business. The bartender serves guests by greeting them warmly, taking accurate food and drink orders, delivering these promptly, and checking back to ensure customer satisfaction. The Twin Peaks Girl-Bartender also actively promotes events and specials, contributing toward the vibrant atmosphere that Twin Peaks is known for. Moreover, the company offers training programs that help new hires become familiar with their duties, the menu, the computerized register system, and local regulations regarding food and alcohol service. There is no prior experience mandatory to apply, making it an accessible entry-level job with a focus on teamwork, energy, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Physically, the Twin Peaks Girl-Bartender must be prepared for a role that requires standing, walking, use of hands and fingers, talking, listening, and occasional lifting of objects weighing up to 15 pounds. Visual acuity like peripheral and depth perception is also necessary for the effective handling of tasks. Furthermore, though there are occasional optional costume parties, the primary requirement is compliance with the presentation guidelines, which underscores the importance Twin Peaks places on maintaining brand standards. This role is ideal for those who enjoy a fast-paced environment, working with people, and who want to contribute to an enjoyable and engaging dining experience while developing hospitality skills in a well-established company.
