- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid Indiana servers permit
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods
- Comfortable lifting up to 30 pounds

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service, take and prepare orders efficiently
- Focus on speed without sacrificing quality
- Handle all cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, according to company standards
- Observe all state and federal laws regarding the service of food and alcohol, including maintaining current certifications
- Maintain clean service area and stock inventory as needed
- Pre and post-shift cleaning and disinfecting
