Job Description
Peak Beverage is a renowned seasonal beverage catering company that specializes in providing exceptional bartending services for a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, private parties, festivals, and concerts. Known for its professionalism and dedication to superior guest experiences, Peak Beverage stands out in the event staffing industry with its dynamic team and commitment to quality service. As a respected leader in beverage catering, the company thrives during the bustling event season, offering unique, fast-paced work opportunities to individuals passionate about hospitality and craft cocktails. The company culture promotes inclusivity, continuous development, and a team-oriented environment, making it an attractive employer for those seeking seasonal event-based roles.
The role of a seasonal bartender at Peak Beverage is tailored for enthusiastic, adaptable individuals who enjoy working in lively and ever-changing settings. Bartenders serve as the face of Peak Beverage at numerous events spanning multiple venues, from elegant weddings to vibrant music festivals, ensuring every guest receives high-level customer service alongside expertly crafted beverages. This position offers variety, as no two shifts are alike, requiring bartenders to be versatile—whether mixing signature cocktails at a full bar or efficiently serving wine and beer at pop-up bars. With duties that range from bartending to setup and breakdown of event bars, this role demands both physical stamina and a professional demeanor. It is a seasonal, event-driven position primarily concentrated on weekends, with an emphasis on availability for Saturday shifts. Candidates must obtain ABT alcohol safety certification before starting, possess reliable transportation for travel to event locations, and be ready for a non-fixed schedule that evolves with event demands. Paying competitive wages and offering incentives such as tip pools, product discounts, and retirement benefits, Peak Beverage ensures its team members are rewarded for their dedication and efforts in delivering memorable event experiences.
