Job Description

The Private Country Club is a prestigious and highly regarded establishment located in Virginia, recognized as one of the top five country clubs in the state. Known for its commitment to excellence and exceptional member experiences, this facility offers a wide range of amenities including golf, dining, and social events. The club prides itself on maintaining a family atmosphere where members and staff alike enjoy a sense of community and belonging. What sets this club apart is its dedication to providing high-quality service, luxurious surroundings, and a variety of engaging activities for its members. The club often hosts special events that call for skilled and polished professionals committed to delivering impeccable service standards. As an employee of this club, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment that values teamwork, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Event Bartenders to join our team across several departments. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy engaging with a diverse clientele. Our bartenders play a crucial role in enhancing our members' experience by providing attentive and courteous service during events. The successful candidate will possess strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask effectively, and a genuine desire to maintain the high standards of the club. If you are someone who quickly establishes rapport, excels in building lasting relationships, and brings a great deal of energy and teamwork to your work, this is an excellent opportunity.

In this bartending position, you will be part of a team that supports a variety of social and golf-related events, ensuring members and guests receive exceptional service. The offered salary ranges from $22 to $28 per hour for experienced event bartenders, making it a competitive opportunity for those with the relevant skills and attitude. This full-time or part-time role requires previous bartending experience and a polished demeanor that reflects the club's brand and culture.

Employees also benefit from comprehensive perks that contribute to both their professional and personal well-being. These benefits include free meals during shifts, gratuities, paid time off, holiday pay (after a waiting period), provided uniforms, free golf access on Mondays, engaging employee activities, exceptional overall benefits including 401K with matching, and a competitive pay scale. An employee referral bonus program encourages staff to bring trusted candidates to the team. Please note that a pre-employment drug screening is required, and the club is an equal opportunity employer. Shifts available include both day and evening shifts, with work conducted entirely in person at the club’s premises.
