Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- RBS certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of health standards and alcohol service regulations
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience
- Hotel or resort experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
- Familiarity with food service standards and guest relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and portion controls
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of beverages
- Provide friendly and professional service in a high-energy environment
- Describe menu items and make beverage recommendations
- Upsell food and beverage offerings
- Accommodate guest preferences and special requests
- Set up and maintain the bar with stocked supplies
- Perform opening and closing bar duties
- Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area
- Accurately process cash and credit transactions
- Balance cash drawers and complete end-of-shift reports
- Monitor inventory levels and complete requisitions
- Follow all food safety and health regulations
- Adhere to alcohol service laws
- Follow safety policies and report unsafe conditions
- Maintain reliable attendance
- Clean and sanitize bar equipment and glassware
- Ensure no alcohol is served to minors or intoxicated guests
- Resolve guest concerns and escalate when necessary
