The role of Banquet Bartender at Four Seasons is designed for energetic, friendly, and customer-focused individuals who thrive in dynamic and upscale event settings. This position entails creating exceptional drink experiences for guests attending exclusive gatherings, celebrations, and resort events, delivering polished and impeccable bar service that aligns with Four Seasons’ renowned quality and hospitality standards. The Banquet Bartender directly contributes to the memorable ambiance and success of each event by providing attentive, professional service and expertly crafted beverages.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional drink service while adhering to Four Seasons’ standards and all relevant alcohol service regulations. Greeting guests professionally and attentively will be a daily responsibility, enhancing each guest interaction and elevating their overall experience. You will skillfully prepare and present a variety of cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining thorough knowledge of all drink offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and flavor pairings.
Your work will extend beyond bartending as you are expected to set up and break down bar areas for events, ensuring all equipment, beverages, and décor are in place for smooth operations. Collaboration with banquet captains, event managers, and service teams will be essential to facilitate seamless event execution. Addressing guest concerns or special requests with courtesy and providing solutions that exceed expectations will also be a key part of the role.
Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and alcohol-handling regulations at all times ensures the highest standards are upheld. Additionally, you will assist other dining and beverage operations when needed, such as poolside bartending, and keep the bar area organized and clean throughout service hours. Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 and valid authorization to work in the United States
- Previous bartending experience in luxury resorts hotels or high-end events
- Extensive knowledge of wines spirits cocktails and current mixology trends
- Experience using MICROS point-of-sale systems or similar technology
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability including mornings evenings weekends and holidays
- Self-motivated positive mindset and capable of working independently or within a team
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in luxury resorts hotels or high-end events
- Extensive knowledge of wines spirits cocktails and current mixology trends
