The Banquet Bartender role at Four Seasons is integral to the guest experience, especially within dynamic and high-profile event settings. You will also be tasked with the setup and breakdown of bar areas for each event, making certain that equipment, beverages, and décor are meticulously arranged to meet event-specific needs. The role requires the ability to address guest concerns or special requests courteously, providing swift and satisfactory solutions that exceed expectations. Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21 and valid authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods (up to 8 hours) and lift items or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience, particularly in luxury resorts, hotels, or high-end event settings
  • Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and current mixology trends
  • Experience using MICROS point-of-sale systems or similar technology
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with an outgoing and confident personality
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Self-motivated, positive mindset, and capable of working independently or within a team
  • Preferred: prior banquet or event experience
