Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21
  • Valid authorization to work in the United States
  • Previous bartending experience in luxury resorts hotels or high-end event settings
  • Extensive knowledge of wines spirits cocktails and current mixology trends
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems such as MICROS
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Flexible availability including mornings evenings weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated and positive work attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience particularly in luxury resorts hotels or high-end event settings
  • Extensive knowledge of wines spirits cocktails and current mixology trends
  • Experience using MICROS point-of-sale systems or similar technology
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Outgoing and confident personality
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift items or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Flexible availability including mornings evenings weekends and holidays
  • Self-motivated positive mindset capable of working independently or within a team
  • Prior banquet or event experience preferred
  • Minimum age of 21 and valid authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional drink service for event gatherings adhering to Four Seasons standards and all alcohol regulations
  • Greet guests with professionalism kindness and attentiveness
  • Efficiently prepare and present a variety of cocktails wine beer and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all bar beverages including ingredients preparation methods and flavor pairings
  • Set up and break down bar areas for each event ensuring all equipment beverages and décor are prepared
  • Collaborate with banquet captains event managers and service teams to support smooth execution of events
  • Address guest concerns or special requests with courtesy providing solutions that exceed expectations
  • Follow cleanliness safety and alcohol-handling regulations at all times
  • Assist other dining and beverage operations including poolside bartending when needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area throughout service hours
