The role of Banquet Bartender at Four Seasons is tailored for vibrant, customer-centric individuals who excel in dynamic event settings and thrive on delivering polished, high-quality service. This position involves crafting memorable and sophisticated drink experiences for guests attending exclusive banquets, celebrations, and resort gatherings. Collaboration is also key in this role, as the bartender works closely with banquet captains, event managers, and dining teams to guarantee seamless event execution and guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring previous bartending experience within luxury resorts, hotels, or high-end event venues, coupled with a thorough knowledge of wines, spirits, and contemporary mixology trends. Flexibility in availability and a confident, personable demeanor are crucial, as is the ability to handle physical demands such as standing for extended periods and lifting equipment. The position offers competitive hourly compensation supplemented by gratuities, alongside accessibility to one of the hospitality industry’s most attractive benefits packages, including health coverage, paid time off, employee travel perks, and resort discounts. This role is an excellent opportunity for bartenders eager to engage with a sophisticated clientele while advancing their careers within an internationally celebrated luxury hospitality brand.
