The Bartender position at Life Time involves more than just mixing and serving beverages; it is a vital role that enhances the overall customer experience at the club. The bartender is responsible for preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in compliance with legal standards and company policies, ensuring that each beverage is crafted with care and precision following established recipes and presentation guidelines, including garnishing. Interaction with members and guests is a key part of the job, requiring bartenders to check ages for legal alcohol consumption, process payments efficiently, and answer questions to provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Maintaining a clean and organized bar area is essential, which includes sanitizing surfaces, furniture, and equipment regularly, as well as managing dishware between the bar and kitchen. Reconciliation of the cash register at the end of shifts is a critical duty that requires attention to detail and honesty. This hourly position starts at $15.00 and can go up to $18.00 depending on experience and qualifications.
