Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years bartending experience in a restaurant or club
- TABC certification
- Texas Food Handlers certification
- ability to create classic and craft cocktails
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift between 55 and 90 lbs
- availability for split shifts
- willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of bartending experience in a restaurant or club
- TABC and Texas Food Handlers certifications
- base knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor
- ability to create classic and craft cocktails
- strong communication skills
- collaborative attitude
- genuine passion for delivering top-notch service
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- basic computer skills (a plus)
Job Duties
- Set up portable bars for club events
- prepare garnishes and ingredients
- ensure the bar is properly stocked and organized
- mix and serve classic and craft cocktails
- maintain accurate records
- uphold health code standards through diligent cleaning and organization
- collaborate with team members and managers
- participate in monthly inventory counts
- attend staff meetings and required training
- complete assignments from the Food and Beverage Manager or supervisor
