Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years bartending experience in a restaurant or club
  • TABC certification
  • Texas Food Handlers certification
  • ability to create classic and craft cocktails
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift between 55 and 90 lbs
  • availability for split shifts
  • willingness to adhere to health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of bartending experience in a restaurant or club
  • TABC and Texas Food Handlers certifications
  • base knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor
  • ability to create classic and craft cocktails
  • strong communication skills
  • collaborative attitude
  • genuine passion for delivering top-notch service
  • ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • basic computer skills (a plus)

Job Duties

  • Set up portable bars for club events
  • prepare garnishes and ingredients
  • ensure the bar is properly stocked and organized
  • mix and serve classic and craft cocktails
  • maintain accurate records
  • uphold health code standards through diligent cleaning and organization
  • collaborate with team members and managers
  • participate in monthly inventory counts
  • attend staff meetings and required training
  • complete assignments from the Food and Beverage Manager or supervisor
