The Austin Country Club is currently seeking a dedicated and professional full-time Event Bartender to join its esteemed bar team. This role is essential in delivering first-class service to the club’s members and guests during events. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up portable bars at club events, preparing garnishes and ingredients, and ensuring the bar is stocked and organized to maintain smooth operations. Beyond these setup tasks, the bartender will expertly mix and serve both classic and craft cocktails, maintaining accuracy in records while adhering strictly to health and safety standards. The position requires collaboration with fellow team members and managers to uphold the club’s high standards of excellence.

The Event Bartender will have a flexible schedule that encompasses weekdays, weekends, and holidays, with shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours depending on event needs and occasional split shifts (doubles). The position pays $16 per hour plus an additional service charge ranging from $17 to $30.
