Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years previous experience as a bartender
  • Basic mathematical and computer skills
  • Ability to operate keyboard and point of sale procedures
  • Manual dexterity for handling glassware and mixing drinks
  • Knowledge of drink recipes
  • Knowledge of laws of liquor service
  • Courteous and professional attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs, occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance
  • Valid California Food Handlers Card
  • Valid ABC Responsible Beverage Service certificate
  • COVID vaccination as per company policy
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
  • Knowledge of drink recipes

Job Duties

  • Set up and break down bars at events
  • Prepare and mix beverages for guests
  • Check guests' identification for age verification
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas
  • Stock the bar with necessary supplies and equipment
  • Follow safety and security policies
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
