Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years previous experience as a bartender
Basic mathematical and computer skills
Ability to operate keyboard and point of sale procedures
Manual dexterity for handling glassware and mixing drinks
Knowledge of drink recipes
Knowledge of laws of liquor service
Courteous and professional attitude
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to follow instructions
Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs, occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance
Valid California Food Handlers Card
Valid ABC Responsible Beverage Service certificate
COVID vaccination as per company policy
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
