Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience as a bartender
- Basic mathematical and computer skills
- Ability to operate keyboard and point of sale procedures
- Manual dexterity for handling glassware and mixing drinks
- Knowledge of drink recipes
- Knowledge of laws of liquor service
- Courteous and professional attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs, occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Valid California Food Handlers Card
- Valid ABC Responsible Beverage Service certificate
- COVID vaccination as per company policy
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years previous bartender experience
- Basic mathematical and computer skills
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of drink recipes
- Knowledge of liquor laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to promote menu items
Job Duties
- Set up and break down bars at events
- Prepare and mix beverages for guests
- Check guests' identification for age verification
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas
- Stock the bar with necessary supplies and equipment
- Follow safety and security policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
