Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience as a bartender
- Basic mathematical and computer skills
- Ability to operate keyboard and point of sale procedures
- Manual dexterity for handling glassware and mixing drinks
- Knowledge of drink recipes
- Knowledge of laws of liquor service
- Courteous and professional attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs, occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance
