Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Availability to work events throughout the week, including Friday and Saturday nights
  • Completion of company-provided training
  • Reliable communication for checking messages and emails regularly
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outgoing, personable, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to retain and communicate product knowledge effectively
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs or more and move equipment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (4+ hours)

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending, bar-back, or hospitality experience
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Experience working in events, catering, or food and beverage environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outgoing, personable, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to retain and communicate product knowledge effectively

Job Duties

  • Serve beer, wine, and other beverages responsibly in accordance with client preferences and company standards
  • Support event setup, service execution, and breakdown as needed
  • Ensure all service areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked
  • Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to guests
  • Maintain a positive and engaging presence throughout events
  • Accurately communicate product information when needed
  • Work alongside team members to ensure events are executed smoothly and successfully
  • Support bartenders, bar-backs, and event leads as needed
  • Complete all required company training prior to working events
  • Obtain SERV Safe Alcohol Certification upon hire (company facilitated)
  • Follow all company policies, safety standards, and alcohol service regulations
  • Maintain professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail at all times
