Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Availability to work events throughout the week, including Friday and Saturday nights
- Completion of company-provided training
- Reliable communication for checking messages and emails regularly
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outgoing, personable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to retain and communicate product knowledge effectively
- Ability to lift 30 lbs or more and move equipment
- Ability to stand for extended periods (4+ hours)
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending, bar-back, or hospitality experience
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience working in events, catering, or food and beverage environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to retain and communicate product knowledge effectively
Job Duties
- Serve beer, wine, and other beverages responsibly in accordance with client preferences and company standards
- Support event setup, service execution, and breakdown as needed
- Ensure all service areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to guests
- Maintain a positive and engaging presence throughout events
- Accurately communicate product information when needed
- Work alongside team members to ensure events are executed smoothly and successfully
- Support bartenders, bar-backs, and event leads as needed
- Complete all required company training prior to working events
- Obtain SERV Safe Alcohol Certification upon hire (company facilitated)
- Follow all company policies, safety standards, and alcohol service regulations
- Maintain professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail at all times
