Job Duties
- Welcoming guests and assisting them to their seats
- Taking food and drink orders and communicating them to the kitchen and bar
- Serving food and beverages while circulating the room with trays
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the banquet area
- Assisting with setting up and breaking down event spaces
- Responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Adhering to health and safety regulations during service
