Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
- One year of relevant experience in events, set design/set-up/tear-down, logistics, warehouse and/or general labor preferred
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays

- Physically capable of handling labor-intensive tasks
Job Duties
- Support the installation and strike of event decor to ensure it meets both corporate and client expectations
- Perform event-related installation tasks including pulling inventory, loading/unloading, delivery and on-site set-up
- Proactively address and resolve on-site technical, creative, and timeline challenges, working closely with management to meet deadlines
- Operate company trucks, vans, and lifts, ensuring timely communication with management regarding fuel and maintenance needs
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all installation and tear down activities
- Coordinate with team members and management to maintain efficient workflow
- Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies as needed
