The Event Assistant will play a crucial part in supporting the end-to-end production of events, ensuring that every element aligns with the client’s vision and the brand’s standard of luxury. You will be instrumental in setting up event day details such as linens, décor, table numbers, place cards, menus, and equipment rentals. Additionally, you will assist in the smooth operation of event timelines by managing vendor arrivals, supervisory tasks, and client décor organization post-event. This position offers the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in luxury event production, work alongside a talented and energetic team, and build meaningful connections within the events industry. The role requires availability on weekends, reflecting the nature of event schedules. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in event assistance or coordination preferred
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods during events
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work on weekends and irregular hours

Job Duties
- Set up event day details including linens, décor, table numbers, place cards, menus, and rentals
- Strike and organize client décor and belongings after events
- Assist with vendor arrivals, check-ins, and answering onsite questions
- Supervise third-party vendor staff performance during events
- Support the Lead Planner to ensure smooth event operations and high-quality guest and client experience
- Follow planning documents and event timelines to maintain consistency and accuracy
