Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in event assistance or related field is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, physically active environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic about delivering a luxury client experience
- Availability to work weekends
Job Duties
- Set up event day details including linens, décor, table numbers, place cards, menus and Events By Design rentals/equipment
- Strike and organize client décor and personal belongings after events
- Assist with vendor arrivals, check-ins, and answering onsite questions
- Supervise third-party vendor staff performance during events
- Support the Lead Planner to ensure the event runs smoothly and the guest and client experience is of the highest quality
- Follow planning documents and event timelines to maintain consistency and accuracy
