This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from $3,400.00 to $5,600.00. The role is essential to the successful execution of fundraising campaigns, as Event Assistants are the face of Infinite Marketing's clients. They are responsible for engaging with both existing and potential donors through professional, in-person outreach. These efforts not only raise awareness but also generate donations crucial to the success of the clients' charitable programs.
As an Event Assistant, you will have various responsibilities that include setting up event spaces, managing promotional materials, and ensuring the events run smoothly from start to finish. Your role is not limited to logistics but also involves meaningful interaction with the community, where your communication skills and enthusiasm for the mission will directly impact fundraising outcomes. You will coordinate with event organizers and vendors to maintain a high standard of professionalism and event efficiency.

Job Duties
- work in-person to provide knowledgeable information about client initiatives and donation parameters in order to generate local revenue for the programs
- assist in the setup and preparation of fundraising events, including arranging signage, promotional materials, and fundraising booths
- act as the primary point of contact for event attendees, donors, and sponsors, with the goal of generating revenue for our clients
- ensure that the event is clean and organized at all times
- promote and communicate the mission, goals, and impact of our clients fundraising campaigns effectively
- engage with customers and community members to build a positive brand name for our client
- coordinate with event organizers and vendors to ensure a smooth flow of activities
- prepare event reports, including feedback and suggestions for improvement
- uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in all interactions
- adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to fundraising
