Job Requirements

  • Be flexible and able to work as part of a team
  • Work hours that vary from early mornings to late evenings
  • Weekend availability required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Required to submit a background check
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or event support preferred
  • Ability to operate computers and basic office equipment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and evenings

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and collaborate with park teams to support event operations
  • Provide event information to city departments
  • Greet and welcome guests with strong customer service skills
  • Operate personal computer and basic office equipment
  • Maintain communication and records using software
  • Complete special projects and continue professional development
  • Attend pre-event planning meetings
  • Work independently to prepare event venues
  • Collaborate with organizers to ensure event success
  • Perform janitorial duties as needed
  • Uphold park rules and regulations
