Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in event support or coordination
- Basic technical skills related to event equipment
- Ability to follow established policies and procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license for travel to satellite campuses
Job Qualifications
- Experience assisting with event planning and coordination
- Knowledge of technical support for audio-visual equipment
- Understanding of university policies related to event management
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with social media management and website maintenance

Job Duties
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of university-wide events as assigned by the Director
- Provide technical support for university events, including support for all satellite campuses as needed
- Ensure university policies and procedures are clearly communicated and upheld by all individuals and organizations utilizing campus facilities
- Support the Director, Assistant Director, and Operations Coordinator with all aspects of event operations
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, decor implementation, and on-site logistics as assigned
- Maintain accurate inventory records of departmental technical equipment and event-related assets
- Track event services data and assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and annual departmental reports
- Oversee the management and maintenance of the department's website and social media platforms, including posting approved photography, video content, and event updates
- Perform other duties as assigned
