We are currently seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Event Appointment Setters. This full-time equivalent position offers the flexibility of part-time hours with the security of guaranteed pay. The role is designed for outgoing people who enjoy face-to-face interaction with customers and excel in customer engagement and lead generation. As an Event Appointment Setter, you will be the primary representative of Bathing Solutions at various events throughout Southern California, where you will engage homeowners, introduce them to our bathroom remodeling options, and schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team.

This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $20 with a guaranteed 20 to 30 hours per week, providing reliable income while maintaining a flexible work schedule. Additionally, you will earn a $100 bonus for every qualified appointment set that results in a completed demonstration or consultation. The position also offers performance-based incentives, paid training, and advancement opportunities within our growing company.

We value a positive and professional presence at all times, as our appointment setters are the face of the company during events. The nature of the job requires traveling to events within the local market area and setting up and breaking down displays and promotional booths. You will work closely with the Events Coordinator to ensure each event's success, maintain marketing materials, and create an engaging, welcoming booth environment.

We seek candidates who are friendly, outgoing, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfort in approaching new people and a strong work ethic are essential. Candidates should have prior customer service or retail experience, be reliable with a valid driver's license and personal vehicle, and be willing and able to travel to scheduled events. This role requires weekend availability and residence within a 25-mile radius of Temecula, CA or Murrieta, CA.
