Job Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation or valid driver's license
- able to lift and move event materials such as banners and displays
- punctual and professional appearance
- must be available to work part-time, weekends only
- excellent organizational skills to manage event details
- comfortable engaging with large groups and potential customers
- basic sales and customer service experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Highly organized with ability to manage event calendar and logistics without supervision
- outgoing personality comfortable with initiating conversations and lead hunting
- reliable transportation or valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle
- capable of lifting and moving display materials
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Identify, vet, and register for high-traffic local events such as home shows, town days, and county fairs
- transport, set up, and tear down company displays including structural cutaways, banners, and digital portfolios
- proactively engage event attendees to generate leads and educate on company structural standards
- schedule in-home consultations
- maintain professional booth appearance and ensure all marketing materials are fully stocked
- track lead data accurately and report weekly performance metrics to management
- represent the brand with punctuality and professionalism
