Job Requirements
- Part-time, weekend availability
- Reliable transportation with the capability to transport display materials or valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle
- Ability to lift and move display components such as banners, table displays, and wood samples
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive work ethic
- Professional appearance and punctuality a must
Job Qualifications
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a calendar of events and logistical details independently
- Outgoing personality comfortable initiating conversations with strangers and generating leads
- Valid driver’s license for operating company transport or reliable transportation to move booth materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer service principles
- Ability to accurately track and report data
- Punctual and professional appearance
Job Duties
- Identify, vet, and register for high-traffic local events such as home shows, town days, and county fairs
- Transport, set up, and tear down the Spearhead Builds display including structural cutaways, banners, and digital portfolios
- Proactively engage event attendees to educate them on the company’s structural standards and schedule in-home consultations
- Maintain a professional booth appearance and ensure all marketing materials are stocked and displayed effectively
- Track lead data accurately and report weekly performance metrics to management
- Represent the company with a professional and outgoing demeanor at all events
- Manage logistics to ensure smooth operation of events from start to finish
