Job Description
Spearhead Builds LLC is a premier contractor specializing in acrylic baths, decking, and outdoor living structures, proudly serving the Upstate New York region including Syracuse, Rochester, and Buffalo. Renowned for its commitment to quality and innovation, Spearhead Builds surpasses conventional building standards with its unique "Spearhead Spec" construction methodology. This proprietary approach ensures that every project not only meets but exceeds the existing structural and building codes, delivering unparalleled safety, durability, and craftsmanship for residential outdoor spaces and bathrooms. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a fast-paced growth strategy, Spearhead Builds is rapidly establishing itself as a leader in the home improvement industry, aiming to reach $1 million in sales within the first year of operation.
We are currently recruiting for the position of Event & Show Coordinator on a part-time, weekend-based schedule. This role is critical in representing the company at various community and industry events such as home shows, Chamber of Commerce gatherings, and local festivals. The Event & Show Coordinator will be the visible ambassador of Spearhead Builds, tasked with managing all facets of event participation from scouting and registering high-traffic events to the complete setup and teardown of displays. This position requires a high-energy, organized individual who thrives in dynamic environments and possesses a unique blend of logistical savvy and sales acumen.
Beyond logistical responsibilities, the role demands a proactive approach to lead generation by engaging attendees, educating them about the superior construction standards Spearhead Builds employs, and scheduling in-home consultations with potential customers. Additionally, precision in tracking and reporting lead data ensures that performance metrics are accurately communicated to management for ongoing strategy refinement. Compensation is competitive, with a flat rate per event alongside lucrative lead and sales commissions, reflecting the importance of performance in this role. The coordinator will also receive expenses reimbursement such as mileage allowance for travel between event sites.
This position offers significant growth potential. High performers may advance into management roles overseeing multiple events across various cities, supported by an assistant to handle larger operational demands. Spearhead Builds values professionalism, reliability, and an outgoing demeanor, all essential traits for representing a high-caliber construction brand. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy blending public engagement with organizational duties, work independently, and have a passion for building lasting client relationships in a rapidly growing entrepreneurial environment.
