As an Event and Retail Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in promoting the brand and educating potential customers about Renewal by Andersen's industry-leading window and door products. Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads by interacting with homeowners in a friendly, low-pressure manner, asking discovery questions to understand their needs, and scheduling in-home appointments with sales consultants. This role also provides hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and lead generation while offering comprehensive training and ongoing development to help build your confidence and skills in customer engagement and communication.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred
- Ability to engage with diverse customer groups
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable handling rejection
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
