Delaware North Sportservice is the esteemed operator of food and retail services at Allianz Field, the state-of-the-art home stadium for Major League Soccer's Minnesota United in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Established in 2019, this 19,400-seat venue offers a vibrant and energetic atmosphere featuring four exclusive clubs, 22 suites, multiple concession stands, and an expansive brew pub that spans the width of the field. The seasonal Event and Non-Profit Organization Coordinator role at Allianz Field is a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about event coordination, community engagement, and administrative excellence. The position offers an hourly wage of $20 and involves working within a thrilling, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. This role supports game day operations, volunteer coordination, and concession management, maintaining seamless event execution and positive guest interactions.

Key responsibilities include assisting in volunteer scheduling, managing donation reporting, tracking training and attendance records, performing game day order and transfer logistics, and handling various office administrative tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and document preparation. The coordinator also contributes to improving guest experiences by collaborating with teams focused on guest pathways and employee training initiatives. Notably, the role oversees operational aspects for MNUFC2 matches in Blaine, which includes setup, inventory management, cashiering, and post-event reporting.

This position is ideal for candidates with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a dedication to accuracy and detail in administrative duties. A minimum of two years' experience in office administration coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. Job Duties

  • Assist with non-profit volunteer scheduling, tracking, donation reporting
  • Maintain records of trainings, attendance, and seniority as applicable
  • Check in staff and volunteers on game days
  • Assist with game day orders and transfers
  • Enter invoices as needed
  • Compose, transcribe, and type correspondence, memos, reports, and other miscellaneous paperwork
  • Proofread memos, agreements, letters, reports, spreadsheets, and invoices
  • Make copies and assist with printing of signs and name badges
  • Enter data for sales reports, departmental financial reports, inventory tracking etc
  • Assist with concessions/commissary duties as assigned
  • Utilize desktop publications, graphics, and computer software to create and print a variety of materials
  • Collaborate with the guest path team to improve the overall customer experience and support employee training and recognition efforts
  • Oversee game day operations in Blaine for MNUFC2 matches, including setup, inventory, cashiering, breakdown, and post event reporting
  • Perform other duties as assigned
