This seasonal Event and Non-Profit Organization Coordinator position at Allianz Field offers an hourly wage of $20.00. The role revolves around supporting event operations and fostering relationships with non-profit organizations, ensuring smooth volunteer scheduling, donation tracking, and game day logistics. Job Duties

  • Assist with Non-Profit Volunteer scheduling, tracking, donation reporting
  • Maintain records of trainings, attendance, and seniority as applicable
  • Check in staff and volunteers on Game Days
  • Assist with Game Day Orders and Transfers
  • Enter Invoices as needed
  • Compose, transcribe, and type correspondence, memos, reports, and other miscellaneous paperwork
  • Proofread memos, agreements, letters, reports, spreadsheets, and invoices
  • Make copies and assist with the printing of signs and name badges
  • Enter data for sales reports, departmental financial reports, inventory tracking etc.
  • Assist with Concessions/Commissary duties as assigned
  • Utilize desktop publications, graphics and computer software to create and print a variety of materials
  • Collaborate with the Guest Path team to improve the overall customer experience and support employee training and recognition efforts
  • Oversee game day operations in Blaine for MNUFC2 matches, including setup, inventory, cashiering, breakdown, and post event reporting
  • Perform other duties as assigned
