The Event & Lifestyle Coordinator position at Overture San Marcos, located in San Marcos, California, plays a pivotal role in enhancing resident experience and community engagement by supporting day-to-day community management efforts. In addition to event and lifestyle duties, the coordinator contributes to the property's sales and marketing efforts by helping meet company standards and benchmarks. Budget management related to planned activities and resident retention is another key responsibility, allowing you to develop financial oversight skills in a community setting.

Greystar provides a robust benefits package to full-time employees, including comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance options, alongside generous paid time off that grows with tenure. Employees benefit from special discounts on onsite housing, paid sabbaticals after extended service, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid parental leave, and unique fertility benefits.
