The Lifestyle Coordinator position at Greystar plays an essential role in supporting the daily operations and strategic goals of residential communities, particularly focusing on resident retention and overall satisfaction. Working closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants, the Lifestyle Coordinator assists in facilitating the move-in process, organizing and managing resident events, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives. This position demands a proactive individual capable of engaging with residents and prospects, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining the appeal and functionality of community amenities.

The role involves greeting visitors, scheduling and coordinating tours, managing package deliveries, and overseeing amenity spaces to ensure they meet resident needs and expectations. Creativity is vital, as the Lifestyle Coordinator is tasked with developing innovative programs, events, and services that enhance community engagement and foster positive resident experiences. Additionally, effective communication skills are required to manage various channels such as phone calls, email accounts, newsletters, and social media to promote community happenings and announcements.

Financial acumen is also crucial, as the coordinator contributes to budget planning related to resident activities and retention programs and is responsible for managing expenditures within the allocated budget. Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort while they wait
  • assist with tours as needed
  • answer phone calls, route calls to appropriate team members, and assist with completed service request callbacks
  • maintain guest suite schedule ensuring proper payment and cleanliness
  • manage and monitor loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours
  • ensure all amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
  • develop and execute innovative, creative, and dynamic events, services, and programs utilizing amenity spaces
  • develop outcomes and assessment metrics to determine the success of programs
  • maintain up-to-date information on local restaurants, shops, and services and build relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses
  • respond to lifestyle email accounts and create marketing awareness for events and initiatives
  • produce monthly calendar, newsletters, and flyers for community activities and events
  • participate in ensuring sales and marketing program standards and benchmarks are met
  • provide input into budget development for activities and resident retention and manage expenses to budget
