As the largest operator of apartments in the United States, Greystar manages over one million units and beds worldwide. With nearly $79 billion of assets under management, including development and regulatory platforms, the company has established a reputation for delivering world-class service and operational excellence since its founding in 1993 by Bob Faith. Greystar emphasizes innovation, sustainability, and resident satisfaction, aiming to create welcoming communities with quality living spaces and exceptional service.
The Lifestyle Coordinator position at Greystar is a vital role focused on supporting the day-to-day management of residential communities with a primary objective of enhancing resident retention. This role acts as a key liaison between residents, prospects, and the community management team, including Community Managers and Sales Consultants. The Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible for coordinating resident events, supporting move-in processes, assisting with marketing and sales activities, and ensuring that amenities and community spaces are maintained and utilized effectively.
This hourly position offers a competitive pay rate ranging from $21.00 to $23.00 and may include eligibility for various bonus programs depending on individual and company performance. The Lifestyle Coordinator plays an integral part in budget management related to activities and resident retention efforts. This role provides an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in real estate property management to contribute to a leading company committed to excellence, diversity, and comprehensive employee benefits. Greystar supports its employees with robust medical, dental, vision, and disability benefits, paid time off, housing discounts at certain communities, and various supportive programs including parental leave and fertility reimbursements.
