Founded in 1993 by Bob Faith and headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina, the company has made significant strides in the real estate sector and currently manages over $300 billion in real estate assets across more than 265 markets worldwide. With a robust presence spanning North America, Europe, South America, and the Asia-Pacific region, Greystar stands as the largest operator of apartments in the United States, managing over one million units and beds globally. The company boasts nearly $79 billion in assets under management, including over $35 billion in development assets and more than $36.5 billion of regulatory assets under management. Its reputation is built on delivering world-class service in the rental residential real estate business, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction throughout the resident experience.

The Lifestyle Coordinator role at Greystar is an essential position responsible for supporting daily community management with a focus on resident retention. This position plays a pivotal role in enhancing the resident experience by coordinating and creating engaging programs and events, assisting with the move-in process, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants, the Lifestyle Coordinator is the face of first impressions, greeting prospects and residents, managing communications via phone and email, and ensuring seamless operation of community amenities. The role includes managing guest suite schedules, package deliveries, community event calendars, newsletters, and flyers, all aimed at fostering a vibrant community atmosphere.

The Lifestyle Coordinator ensures that the community's amenity spaces are well-maintained and ready for resident use, develops innovative and creative events and programs, and measures their success through assessment metrics. This includes staying informed about local businesses and services to offer residents valuable recommendations and maintaining positive relationships with concierge vendors. The position also involves participation in maintaining Greystar's sales and marketing standards and assisting in budget development related to community activities and retention efforts. Offering an hourly wage of $21.00 to $23.00, this role may be eligible for various bonus programs depending on performance and location. Greystar supports its team members with a comprehensive benefits package including competitive medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) plans with company match, paid parental leave, and more. The Lifestyle Coordinator position at Greystar offers an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in real estate with a strong commitment to creating exceptional living environments and delivering outstanding service to residents.
