Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or community coordination preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Basic proficiency with computer systems and email management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with a team

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or community engagement preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency with email and basic computer applications
  • Creative mindset to develop engaging community events
  • Knowledge of local community resources and vendor relationships

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office and assist with tours as needed
  • Answer phone calls and route them appropriately while assisting with service request callbacks
  • Maintain guest suite schedules and manage loading dock or elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • Manage package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours
  • Ensure amenities are tour-ready and prepared for resident use
  • Develop and execute innovative events, programs, and services utilizing amenity spaces
  • Keep detailed information on local restaurants, shops, and services, maintaining positive relationships to offer residents recommendations
  • Monitor and respond to Lifestyle email accounts to ensure timely communication and promote events
  • Create and produce monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers with community activities
  • Participate in meeting Greystar sales and marketing program standards and benchmarks
  • Provide input on budget development related to resident activities and manage expenses accordingly
