Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or property management preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient with computer software and email communication
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort
- Assist with tours as needed
- Answer phone calls, route calls to appropriate team members, and assist with service request callbacks
- Maintain guest suite schedule and ensure proper payment and cleanliness
- Manage package deliveries by documenting arrival and notifying residents within 24 hours
- Ensure amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
- Utilize amenity space to develop and execute innovative events, services, and programs
- Maintain detailed information on local businesses and provide residents with recommendations
- Monitor and respond to lifestyle email account and coordinate marketing efforts
- Create and produce monthly calendar, newsletter, and event flyers
- Participate in ensuring sales and marketing program standards are met
- Provide input on budget development for resident activities and manage expenses to budget
