The Lifestyle Coordinator also plays a vital role in communication, managing lifestyle email accounts, producing marketing materials, and maintaining relationships with local businesses and concierge vendors to enhance resident experience. Additionally, this role participates in budget development related to community activities and ensures adherence to Greystar’s sales and marketing program standards.

Greystar offers a robust benefits package for full-time employees, including competitive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; generous paid time off including vacation, personal days, sick days, holidays, and birthday leave; onsite housing discounts at Greystar-managed communities; paid sabbaticals; 401(k) plans with company matching; paid parental leave; fertility benefits; employee assistance programs; and additional insurance and legal support options.
