The Lifestyle Coordinator role is a vital part of the community management team, focusing on enhancing resident retention through the coordination and execution of resident programs and events. This position works closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants to support the move-in process, promote community engagement, and assist with sales and marketing activities. Responsibilities include greeting prospects and residents, managing the guest suite and package deliveries, organizing amenity spaces, and developing creative social programs that foster a vibrant living experience. The Lifestyle Coordinator also maintains strong relationships with local businesses and concierge vendors to provide residents with valuable recommendations and resources.
Additionally, this role involves handling communications via phone and email, producing monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers to promote events and initiatives. The incumbent monitors community space usage and supports the achievement of sales and marketing benchmarks. Budget management related to resident activities and program delivery is also a key aspect of the role, with effective expense tracking expected. Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter office/leasing area and ensure their comfort
- assist with tours as needed
- answer and route phone calls and handle service request callbacks
- maintain guest suite schedule and manage move-in/move-out dock or elevator schedules
- manage and notify residents of package deliveries within 24 hours
- ensure amenities are in tour condition and ready for resident use
- develop and execute innovative resident events, services, and programs using amenity spaces
- maintain detailed local area information and relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses
- monitor and respond to lifestyle email account and coordinate timely responses
- create and produce monthly calendar, newsletter, and flyers for activities and events
- participate in meeting Greystar sales and marketing standards
- provide input and manage budgets related to resident activities and retention
