The Lifestyle Coordinator plays a vital role in Greystar's community management operations, focusing on enhancing resident retention and contributing to the overall vibrancy of the community. This role operates closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants, assisting with various aspects of the move-in process, crafting and coordinating engaging programs and resident events, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives. As a Lifestyle Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for residents and prospects, creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the smooth flow of daily activities within the community.
The Lifestyle Coordinator's responsibilities include greeting prospective residents and visitors, assisting with leasing tours, managing phone communications, and overseeing logistical aspects such as the guest suite schedule and package deliveries. This role also involves utilizing community amenities innovatively to design dynamic events and services that attract and delight residents, fostering a strong sense of community. The Lifestyle Coordinator maintains up-to-date knowledge of local amenities such as restaurants, shops, and local businesses, providing residents with recommendations and building positive relationships with concierge vendors.
Additionally, the Lifestyle Coordinator monitors and responds to communication through the Lifestyle E-mail Account, creating marketing awareness for events, programs, and initiatives. They are also involved in generating monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers to keep residents informed. The role requires active participation in maintaining Greystar’s sales and marketing program standards and benchmarks to support community growth and success.
To support effective community engagement, the Lifestyle Coordinator contributes to budget development related to planned activities and resident retention efforts, managing expenses to stay within budget limits. This position offers opportunities for personal and professional growth within a supportive and dynamic environment. Compensation includes base salary with potential eligibility for bonus programs based on individual and company performance. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in property management or customer service preferred
- Ability to greet and engage prospects and residents warmly
- Proficient in phone communication and follow-up
- Skilled in event coordination and program development
- Ability to maintain schedules and logistical details accurately
- Competent in maintaining clear and timely communication
- Capable of creating marketing materials such as newsletters and flyers
- Ability to manage budgets and track expenses
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to build relationships with local vendors and residents
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensures comfort while they wait for team members
- Assists with tours as needed
- Answers phone calls and routes them to appropriate team members
- Assists with service request callbacks as necessary
- Maintains guest suite schedule ensuring payment and cleanliness
- Manages loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- Documents package deliveries and notifies residents within 24 hours
- Ensures amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
- Develops and executes innovative events, services, and programs using amenity spaces
- Develops outcomes and assessment metrics to evaluate program success
- Maintains updated information on local businesses and events to share with residents
- Maintains positive relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses
- Monitors and responds to Lifestyle e-mail account and coordinates timely responses
- Creates and produces monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers for community activities
- Participates in ensuring sales and marketing program standards are met
- Provides input and manages budgets related to planned activities and resident retention
