Headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina, Greystar operates globally across more than 265 markets with offices strategically placed in North America, Europe, South America, and the Asia-Pacific region. As the largest operator of apartments in the United States, Greystar manages over one million residential units worldwide, with approximately $300 billion in real estate assets under management. The company upholds a rich history dating back to its founding in 1993 by Bob Faith, with a dedication to delivering world-class service in the residential rental real estate business. Greystar's extensive portfolio includes nearly $79 billion of assets under management, which encompasses over $35 billion in development assets and more than $36.5 billion in regulatory assets. This robust presence affirms Greystar’s commitment to innovation, excellence, and leadership in the real estate sector.
The Lifestyle Coordinator role at Greystar is vital to supporting daily community management efforts focused on resident retention and satisfaction. This full-time position pays an hourly rate ranging from $22.00 to $26.00, dependent on factors such as experience, skill set, and location. The Lifestyle Coordinator works closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants, assisting in the move-in process, organizing community programs and resident events, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives. This role serves as the frontline ambassador to prospective and current residents, ensuring welcoming experiences and streamlined communication. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing amenity spaces, scheduling guest suites and move-ins, handling package deliveries, and cultivating strong relationships with local businesses and concierge vendors. The Lifestyle Coordinator is also responsible for creating engaging community events, marketing these activities effectively through newsletters, flyers, and digital platforms, and ensuring alignment with Greystar’s sales and marketing standards.
In addition to these duties, the Lifestyle Coordinator plays a critical role in budgeting and expense management related to resident activities, helping to maintain cost efficiency while enhancing community engagement. With robust benefits including medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance, generous paid time off, 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, and unique perks like onsite housing discounts and sabbaticals, the position offers a comprehensive compensation package. Greystar places significant emphasis on creating vibrant residential communities where residents feel valued, connected, and at home. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about community engagement, hospitality, and property management to contribute to a leading platform in the real estate industry while advancing their careers in a supportive and dynamic environment.
