Job Requirements
- Must have one year catering sales management experience preferred
- proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- be at least 21 years old
- possess some management skills
- have strong verbal and written communication
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- able to stand and/or walk entire shift
- available nights and weekends
- have U.S. work authorization

Job Duties
- Make decisions within specific guidelines
- conduct regular client site visits to showcase the property and services
- seek information from clients about their needs and budget and plan/detail events accordingly
- negotiate pricing and prepare contracts securing signatures
- follow up promptly with potential customers
- build logistical details using event software for on-site teams and clients
- coordinate planning of professional services including DJ, florist, a/v, rental companies
- lead BEO meetings to communicate event details
- compose and distribute correspondence, reports, and group resumes
- work closely with front desk on reservations and group room blocks
- coordinate room block aspects including contracts and cut-off dates
- confirm event setup with operations team
- achieve sales goals and provide sales productivity reports
- ensure customer satisfaction during and after events
- coordinate billing with restaurant management
- keep all parties informed of changes or issues
- respect coworkers and managers
- respond promptly to guest requests
- maintain clear communication for event success
- maintain professional appearance and positive attitude
- enjoy work and contribute to a fun environment
