This full-time, onsite role offers an estimated annual salary range of $50,000 to $52,000 and requires authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, event management, or related field or equivalent professional experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in event management, facilities coordination, or hospitality
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Physical ability to perform job functions including lifting, bending, and moving equipment
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field or equivalent professional experience
  • 2-5 years of progressive experience in event management, facilities coordination, hospitality, or comparable role
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence clients
  • Physical ability to perform job functions including lifting, bending, and moving equipment safely
  • Experience working within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industry environments preferred
  • Proficiency with event operating systems or facility management software
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strategic planning experience
  • Strong customer service orientation with hospitality background

Job Duties

  • Oversee end-to-end event execution including catering coordination, room setup, and public space management
  • Conduct thorough walk-throughs and planning meetings with clients to ensure seamless delivery
  • Manage the event calendar, resolve scheduling conflicts, and provide comprehensive guest services for all in-house client events
  • Process and coordinate work order requests promptly, facilitating communication among vendors, facilities staff, and service providers
  • Maintain compliance documentation including training records, job hazard analysis, and safe work permits
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental regulations, and pharmaceutical industry standards
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through regular engagement, ensuring service levels meet or exceed key performance indicators
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for operational improvements and service excellence
  • Serve as the strategic point of contact for event-related inquiries, providing subject matter expertise and leadership across all event programs
