Job Duties
- Assist the Arboretum staff with day-of setup and organization of wedding ceremonies, summer music series and other various outdoor events
- safely drive a golf cart around the Arboretum property with event supplies
- set up and take down outdoor seating
- keep outdoor ceremony locations private and redirect Arb guests during event times
- act as the point of contact for the event client or vendor and communicate their needs to the Arboretum reservation specialist or appropriate team member
- occasional assisting reservation specialist with indoor event needs
- attend to select Arboretum signature events with outdoor setup and details
- assist with changes that occur because of inclement weather or facility updates
- ensure that gardens are cleaned up following events
