Job Requirements
- a pickup truck with an open bed
- a smartphone with a data plan
- ability to carry up to 50 lbs
- reliable evening availability on a consistent weekly schedule
- ability to work 2-3 hours per evening
- willingness to work weekends if assigned
- valid driver's license and clean driving record
Job Qualifications
- no prior experience required
- ability to work independently
- reliable and self-motivated
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to carry weights up to 50 lbs
- punctual and consistent attendance
- good physical stamina for walking and lifting
Job Duties
- collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doors along assigned route
- transport collected waste to onsite compactor or bins
- wear provided gloves and personal protective equipment (PPE)
- maintain a clean and thorough route each night
- communicate effectively with management via smartphone
- follow safety protocols while handling waste
- perform nightly route work consistently and reliably
