The responsibilities involve going door-to-door in assigned apartment complexes, collecting trash and recycling directly from residents' doors, and transporting this waste for proper disposal. The role demands physical activity such as climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance, making physical fitness an important consideration.
