We are actively hiring for a Full-Time Evening Surgical Housekeeper position at Our Lady of the Lake Main Campus located at 5000 HENNESSY BLVD, Baton Rouge, LA 70808. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment within the hospital, ensuring that patients, visitors, and staff experience the highest standards of environmental cleanliness and comfort. The position is scheduled for the evening shift, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends. The pay range for this position is $14.00 to $16.00 per hour.

The Evening Surgical Housekeeper will perform various cleaning and maintenance duties focused on surgical and patient areas. This includes sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors, cleaning furniture and fixtures, replenishing linens, and managing trash disposal following sanitary procedures. Employees must have attention to detail and provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to the needs of patients, visitors, and medical staff. Prior housekeeper experience is preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
