As an Evening Server, you will be the face of the restaurant during our busy evening service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and receives outstanding service. With daily pay ranging from $179.95 to $216.71, you will be compensated for your dedication and effort in creating a warm and inviting dining atmosphere.

In this role, your enthusiasm and attention to detail will be essential as you greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and provide detailed menu descriptions. You will recommend specials to enhance the guest experience and boost sales while serving food and drinks efficiently and maintaining high standards of presentation, food safety, and sanitation. Your ability to manage tables effectively, including bussing and resetting, will contribute significantly to the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Handling cash transactions accurately using POS systems is another crucial aspect of your role, along with cashiering duties and collaborating closely with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and ensure prompt service. You will maintain excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, supporting reservation management via OpenTable to optimize seating flow during peak hours.

Maintaining food safety standards and sanitation protocols is a priority to comply with health regulations, and you may be called upon to assist with food handling, basic math calculations for billing, and other tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operations. We value candidates with experience in food service, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings, who are familiar with POS systems and have strong customer service skills characterized by a positive attitude and energetic demeanor.

Your ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment will help you thrive in this role. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential, and experience in bussing, hosting or hostessing, serving, or cashiering will provide an advantage. Basic math proficiency for handling financial transactions and inventory checks is required, while culinary or kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory, as we emphasize a willingness to learn.
