The position of Server/Bartender at the Hilton Garden Inn is a dynamic and engaging opportunity tailored for individuals who enjoy interacting with guests and working in a fast-paced environment. This role primarily involves verbal communication with all guests to foster a welcoming and lively atmosphere. As a Server/Bartender, you will present menus, accurately take and relay food and beverage orders to the service bar and kitchen, mix drinks that align with the hotel’s quality standards, and deliver these orders promptly to guests. Additionally, you are expected to monitor guests continuously and respond swiftly to any additional needs or requests, ensuring their complete satisfaction. An essential responsibility is the verification of guest identification to ensure compliance with legal age requirements for alcohol service.
Blue Flame values professionalism and safety, therefore it prefers candidates who hold a high school diploma, a valid Food Safety Handler Certificate, and a valid Liquor Permit.
