As a reputable management company, Blue Flame oversees three prominent hotels located on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne: the Hampton Inn Dupont, Hilton Garden Inn, and the dual-property Home2 Suites. We are currently seeking the best Servers/Bartenders in the city to join our team at the Hilton Garden Inn. This role emphasizes guest interaction and requires team members to create a warm, friendly, and upbeat atmosphere for all patrons. Servers/Bartenders will be responsible for presenting menus, taking and relaying orders accurately to the service bar and kitchen, and mixing drinks according to hotel standards. Providing prompt and courteous delivery of food and beverages to guests is a key part of the role, as is monitoring guest needs and responding swiftly to additional requests. An important responsibility also includes verifying guests’ identification to ensure compliance with age requirements for alcohol service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, an ability to manage various types of customer personalities, and the capacity to make quick and sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. This role demands precision and attention to detail, as well as a genuine desire to achieve excellence in service. Flexibility to work weekends and other scheduled shifts is important to support the dynamic needs of the hospitality industry. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma, valid Food Safety Handler Certificate, and a valid Liquor Permit. Job Duties
