Evening Server - Assisted Living

We are currently seeking a compassionate and energetic individual to join our assisted living culinary team as a Server. This part-time evening position, scheduled from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., offers flexible scheduling, competitive benefits, and a starting wage of $15.00 per hour. One of the key advantages of this role is the avoidance of late-night shifts, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. As a Server within our community dining rooms, your role will be instrumental in enhancing the dining experience for our senior residents.

The Server position requires dedication to ensuring table service operates smoothly, providing courteous and efficient support to residents during meal times. Responsibilities such as setting tables, maintaining clean and organized workstations, taking meal orders, and attentive service delivery are essential to the role. In addition, Servers are tasked with clearing dishes promptly, contributing to a pleasant dining environment. This role is perfect for individuals who possess a passion for hospitality and senior care, as well as the patience and empathy needed to engage with an older adult population.
